SWIM our Staff Wellbieng and Improvement Membership, is a comprehensive, 16-month program designed for school leaders, wellbeing committees and leadership teams. SWIM equips you with the tools, frameworks, and support needed to prioritise and enhance staff wellbeing while fostering sustainable growth and improvement.

Why 16-months? Because we want you to get the best impact you can and that takes time to plan. We spend the first term getting you set up, making sure you are familiar with all the resources, and ensuring you have a plan of attack to meet your needs. Then you get 12-months to use as many of the resources as you need to embed sustainable staff wellbeing strategies into your school community.

What is the SWIM Membership?

The SWIM Staff Wellbeing and Improvement Membership is a 12-month licence access designed to help school leaders and their teams enhance staff wellbeing, build leadership capacity, and create lasting, positive change. It offers a combination of on-demand resources, workshops, mentoring, plug-play staff meetings and access to a community of other school leaders working towards similar goals.

Who is this membership for?

SWIM is ideal for:

● School leaders and leadership teams who are ready to prioritise staff wellbeing.

● Teams tasked with improving staff morale and retention but unsure where to begin.

● Members of wellbeing committees seeking structured support and evidence-based strategies.

● Schools looking for a long-term approach to wellbeing that fits into existing school culture..

Can you explain what the licenses are?

A license is for people who have access to the resources, course and community. If you join, then upto 10 people from your school can be listed to have access to resources, our community platform, masterclasses and Q&A sessions.

Can the resources be shared to school staff?

When a school joins you get upto 10 staff with personal access. People with access can utilise the resources and share with staff as needed. For example, our plug and play staff meetings and workshops are designed exactly for sharing with teams and other staff. People who access to the reources would be running or facilitating these sessions with teams or all staff. This person can also access our community portal along with other leaders from other schools to ask questions, share insights and receive practical feedback.

Is the membership cost per staff member?

The cost is per school. When you join you receive upto 10 licenses to access the membership.

What kind of resources and content can I expect?

With SWIM, you’ll have access to:
